ETHICS AND VALUES
All members of The BRIGHT Club must either be vegan or part of a team or business that is in some way supporting veganism.
Members can only access the coworking space as dictated by their type/level of membership. If a member wants to increase their access they need to email the membership team.
Only vegan products and food can be consumed or served in The BRIGHT Club and The BRIGHT Store. This includes at all events run by BRIGHT Zine Ltd and all members or outside companies attending or hiring the event space.
All members are asked to practice sustainable practices within the space and will be supported by BRIGHT Zine Ltd to do this.
Membership fees are payable immediately upon approval or renewal of your membership. By signing up with our direct debit provider you consent to your card being charged with membership fees upon your application being approved or renewed. Payment will be taken monthly, on the 1st of each month.
Late payments can lead to memberships being revoked and late payment charges applied.
Monthly memberships can be canceled any month after the three month minimum by giving 30 days notice.
Annual memberships can only be canceled at the end of the agreement year.
If a member is no longer vegan or no longer working for a business that is supporting veganism then they must cancel their membership with immediate effect. In this situation they will only be charged for part of the month and if they paid upfront annually they will receive a refund for the balance.
DIVERSITY AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
The BRIGHT Club is an inclusive space. This means that it is open to all people living or promoting a vegan lifestyle regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic background or religious belief. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and BRIGHT Zine Ltd expects all members to work through the lens of intersectionality.
Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis. All memberships will be reviewed annually and members will be informed if the membership can be accepted. Membership is intended for vegans and those in roles related to veganism therefore if a members’ situation changes this must be communicated to BRIGHT Zine Ltd.
